PawBour currently ships to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and a wide range of other international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, supplier, carrier restrictions, and local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, PawBour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Due to the speed at which orders are processed through our fulfilment partners, shipping addresses generally cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund following an investigation and verification process.

PawBour reserves the right to request supporting documentation before issuing a refund or replacement.

Delivered Packages

If tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, PawBour is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and fulfilment locations.

Customs Duties & Taxes
